Omega-3 fatty acids found in fatty fish and fish oil supplements have been praised for their health benefits... but now the benefits are being called into question. Researchers have now confirmed earlier study findings that showed a link between high blood levels of omega-3 fatty acids and an increased risk of prostate cancer. The high blood levels of the fatty acids were also found to increase the risk of high-grade prostate cancer by 71 percent. Talk with your doctor about any supplements you take.
